AIGA | Why In-house Designers Need Contracts Too.

Not a bad idea. I was thinking the other day about designers needing agents in the same way actors need one. Why not?! We have a set of skills that need to be protected and valued and someone besides ourselves looking out for our best inrests. Freelance or in-house, I think having a contact would be a great idea.
